wing chung is an external form kung fu (the first one bruce lee learned) where tai chi is an internal form of kung fu.

And in Arnis, there are elements of Wing Chun within the Filipino Martial Art form. Although in Arnis, there are weapons used too. Arnis also incorporates the idea of overwhelming the opponent with a series of strikes/blows that intends to break down the opponent’s spirit and eventually overcome and get the upper-hand in an encounter.

I must say though, that the gyms these Golden Harvest Wing Chun has is top notch and looks pretty nice and fancy. But if you get to watch the Eskrimadors documentary, you will see where our own Guros and Masters of the Filipino Martial Art form train, and hopefully people too will appreciate that.

Wing Chun rip-off! This form of Wing Chun is adapted so much it defies a lot of the basic principals.. This is nothing like the form Ip Man teached. It looks much less effective and more show off based.. Wing Chun doesn’t look cool or show-offy in any way in its original form, but is every bit the more effective than what is show here..
