I saw nothing educational in this documentary, just a bunch of scare mongers.

It must have been literally unbearable for you to hear these people swearing. Lets just blame the abused children and move on huh? Catholic by any chance?

What? Yes it does. Statistics show that child abuse in the US is equal to or higher than that of the UK. And considerably higher than that of Scandanavia. There are American equivalents of “baby p”, just because stories of abused American children aren’t on the news it doesn’t mean they don’t exist…

Yeah this is crap. Go get educated boys then you might make a real difference and people might listen to what you are trying to say. We all have the potential to be pedophilic, we all get inappropriate impulses at times but hopefully we are wise enough to not act on it. If you do, and you feed it with images and thoughts, it takes over and you act. These guys think they are a different race to them, they are them, we are all them, the rest of us are simply making better choices. Yes I have been a victim too, and I also know I could become a perpetrator if I chose. Be careful boys, don’t think you’re above falling to temptation if the circumstances are right. Many men, if they felt they could seek help without severe negative consequences might come forward and get help. I have forgiven the men that offended me, but I would encourage anyone to come forward and have them charged as well, that way they get the psychological assistance they need in prison, and they get tagged with a record – without punishment there is no law. I agree with your ideals, but you guys would be more effective if you got your selves educated on the subject of psychology and human Saviour – then you could help everybody from both ends rather than just persecuting offenders and being driven by hate….end of rant! I agree. Vulgar and offensive vocabulary of any kind is unnecessary in a documentary, especially one of such a serious topic. It makes the viewer question the intelligence, seriousness and source of information of the documentary. I personally think that such documentaries that need to resort to using offensive language in order to capture audience attention shouldn’t be taken seriously at all.

Not really. You can ” tell it how it is” without resorting to the use of dumping down (low class) vocabulary. The use of swear words is a cheap and unintelligent matter to win an argument. In fact, in colleges and universities the use of swear words just shows everyone around you how uneducated you really are and automatically you lose any argument, as well as respect. Just go to your next job meeting and use vulgar or swear words when you speak… the people in that room will view you as a child, incapable of expressing yourself intelligently. I wouldn’t hire such a person. I want someone who can construct well-made, creative sentences without the need of using swear words, especially when a thesaurus is so easily available these days.

Are you kidding me? He didn’t blame the abused children. He was insulting the intelligence level of this documentary. You clearly are one of the lower denominator to which docs like this one was created for. Stop promoting and supporting docs for just the sheer entertainment value.
