Eating You Alive is a documentary that explores the impact of food choices on health and wellness. It argues that a plant-based diet can be the answer to many chronic diseases, and that the current healthcare system is focused on treating symptoms rather than addressing the root cause of illness.

The film follows the story of Dr. Michael Greger, a physician who specializes in plant-based nutrition. Dr. Greger believes that the Standard American Diet (SAD), which is high in processed foods, animal products, and refined carbohydrates, is the primary driver of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. He argues that a whole-food, plant-based diet can reverse these diseases and improve overall health.

The documentary features interviews with other medical professionals, as well as people who have successfully reversed their own chronic diseases through diet changes. One such person is Pam Popper, who was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and heart disease. After adopting a plant-based diet, she was able to reverse her diabetes and significantly improve her heart health.

Eating You Alive also criticizes the current healthcare system for its focus on treating symptoms with drugs and surgery, rather than addressing the underlying causes of disease. The film argues that the food industry and the government have a vested interest in maintaining the status quo, as they profit from the sale of unhealthy foods and drugs.

Overall, Eating You Alive is a powerful and thought-provoking documentary that challenges viewers to rethink their relationship with food. The film provides compelling evidence that a plant-based diet can be the key to optimal health and wellness.

The solution to most major health issues is very simple. Difficult to put into practise, but very simple.
We do not need to analyse this and that, calculate micro-grams of proteins, vitamins and all the rest. All we need to do is eat a simple diet of whole, unprocessed plant foods.
That's how I completely cured myself of Rheumatoid Arthritis.
